Website Use Policy
The purpose of the BALL website is to provide information on the current Lecture Series, lecturers and Special Lectures and to offer on-line purchase of tickets.
We will read and acknowledge all emails sent to us through the CONTACT email and we will pass on emails addressed to specific directors, when requested.
We will only use the personal contact information you provide to us when you become a member, to prepare and provide your lecture series tickets; to notify you by mail of the Annual General Meeting; to email you a reminder to evaluate a Special Lecture or Lecture Series; to notify you about upcoming program opportunities; and to alert you about cancellations of lectures or changes to program.
